Director of Project Delivery

£50,000 - £60,000 PA.
The working hours are office hours 37.5 Monday - Friday.
To set the overall vision, strategy, and goals for project delivery across the organisation, ensuring alignment with company objectives. The Director of Project Delivery is accountable for the strategic leadership of the delivery function, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
The Director of Project Delivery will:
* Define and execute the vision and long-term strategy for project delivery
* Align departmental objectives with the overall organisational strategy
* Drive innovation and continuous improvement across delivery functions
* Lead high-level client relationships and act as a senior escalation point
* Provide leadership and guidance to senior delivery roles, fostering a culture of excellence
* Ensure resource structures and capabilities support current and future project demands
* Oversee the performance of all delivery teams, implementing accountability measures
* Develop and manage departmental budgets, forecasts, and performance KPIs
* Represent the delivery function in board-level discussions and strategic planning
* Maintain and advance compliance with ISO, governance, and quality standards
* Promote our clients mission, values, and brand in all interactions and initiatives
