Multi-Skilled Maintenance Operative / Estate Maintenance Technician
Supporting the Estate Manager in the day-to-day running and upkeep of a beautiful private estate, you will undertake a wide range of practical maintenance tasks to ensure the estate, buildings and surrounding facilities are maintained to an exceptional standard.
The role requires a capable and reliable multi-skilled individual who is confident carrying out general repairs, preventative maintenance and improvement works. Duties may include basic plumbing and electrical maintenance, carpentry, painting and decorating, minor building repairs and general remedial works, always with a strong attention to detail and quality of finish.
Working as part of a small, close-knit team, you will play an important role in maintaining the estate and contributing to its smooth day-to-day operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a varied hands-on role in a unique and picturesque working environment. Our client is looking for someone with a positive, can-do attitude who is flexible and willing to assist with a variety of tasks as required. A friendly, professional and team-oriented approach is essential. A good selection of personal hand tools would be advantageous.
