The school is currently seeking a dedicated Higher-Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to begin immediately, with the possibility of securing a permanent position from September. As a HLTA, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ learning, working closely with the class teacher to deliver personalised educational plans for children requiring additional support. You will be expected to take on higher-level responsibilities including delivering PPA cover, leading small group tuition, and providing targeted 1:1 interventions.
