Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting operational excellence? We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Business Support Officer (Operations) to join our dynamic Street Services team.

Your responsibilities will include:


* Data entry and monitoring of operational workflows that support the frontline waste collection and street cleansing services
* Providing data for inclusion within performance monitoring reporting
* Complaints and casework monitoring and response handling
* Coordinating stock control
* Supporting delivery of traded services


You will have exceptional IT and communication skills with excellent customer care. You will also be a good team player who is flexible and willing to adapt the changing needs of the service.
