THE EMPLOYER IS: BRANDED CLOTHING SOURCE The Office Administrator will provide day-to-day support for office operations. This job will include handling incoming calls, emails and live chat enquiries, maintaining up-to-date filing systems and providing support to the wider team.


Responsibilities

* Handling incoming phone calls, emails, and live chat enquiries via the website.
* Maintaining organised and up-to-date filing systems.
* Responding to general enquiries both online and from showroom visitors.
* Assisting with the receipt and dispatch of goods.
* Carrying out additional tasks as needed to support the wider team.


Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills

* 5 GCSEs including Maths & English grade C or above.
* Good time management skills.
* Professional phone and email manner.
* Good timekeeping and attendance record.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Desirable Skills

* Good communication skills.

The Employer is: BRANDED CLOTHING SOURCE JobStart Opportunity - Working Hours Information -Standard Hours: up to 25 hours per week. -Flexible/Reduced Hours: May be available upon approval by a Work Coach. -Additional Hours: The employer may offer extra hours depending on availability. This should be discussed directly with the employer before starting employment. The job advert may end before the closing date if requested by the employer.
