Project Manager – Security

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a driven and commercially aware Project Manager to play a key role both on-site and within the office.
This is a senior position with real influence — overseeing projects from planning through to completion, holding commercial responsibility, and supporting the ongoing growth of the security division.

You’ll take ownership of contracts from start to finish — ensuring projects are delivered:

✔ Within budget
✔ To the highest technical and safety standards
✔ To complete client satisfaction
You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager and senior leadership team, helping to identify new opportunities and contribute to business growth.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
You will oversee and manage projects involving:
Gallagher PIDS – control systems, hardware, software & associated accessories. Automated Access Control systems – hardware, software, commissioning & handover
Your remit will include:
Preparation of technical documentation
Preparation and configuration of technical equipment (hardware & software)
Management and oversight of engineering teams
Organising and approving RAMS
Commercial management of contracts
Negotiating and raising interim and final payment applications
Authorising invoices (Sage)
Ensuring full compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality standards
Conducting regular site visits and maintaining strong client relationships
Promoting the business and identifying new contract opportunities
Supporting new accreditations and encouraging team certifications. Working towards departmental targets and objectives
This is a high-level delivery role with both technical and commercial responsibility.
