Overview:
As part of the F & B Team you will play an integral role in ensuring our centre runs smoothly, our guests feel a genuine welcome and a can-do attitude from all our team members.
Working within the Team, you will work to create great memories for all our guests. Adopting the servant-hearted culture will make each of our guests feel special.
You will assist in set up and service of food, and provision of alcoholic drinks from the Bar (for employees aged 18 or over), under the supervision of the Supervisor, taking responsibility to ensure the very highest level of service are consistently delivered.
What we need from you:
Clean the dining room areas and machines, ensuring high standards of food hygiene within the environment. Wash all dining room plates, cups and utensils used in the preparation and serving of food within your working area.
Be aware of all health and safety and hygiene regulations and adhere to them. Carry out other tasks/duties as instructed by the dining room supervisor.
Offering a warm welcome to all guests.
Ensuring the food service and bar areas are clean and hygienic.
Working as a team member in a very busy environment.
Cleaning the food serveries equipment, floors and other dining room tools or areas
Serving drinks from the bar (for employees aged 18 and over)
Making sure the bar is kept fully stocked, clean and presentable always.
Other:
Able to work flexible work patterns, including bank and public holidays, weekends and evening shifts as required according to a rota.
Whilst holding a Christian faith is not a pre-requisite, an understanding of and support for the Christian ethos and aims of the organisation and a willingness to work in that environment is an essential requirement for the role.
