We are looking to recruit Bank Nurses who are highly motivated and clinically skilled first level registered nurses in either Physical or Mental Health.
Mental Health Nurses will need to have an interest in all elements of inpatient and community mental health care delivery. Physical Health Nurses with an interest in recovery rehabilitation, palliative care, or Older Adults to our inpatient units for physical health.
As a valued member of our nursing team, the successful candidates will be required to support shifts on an internal rotation basis, including both day and night shifts, according to your own availability.

Responsibilities
* Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for identified service users, acting as the nurse for service users with complex and challenging needs.
* Provide a high standard of individualised, holistic, and evidence-based patient-focused nursing using the nursing process.
* Act as a vital link between patients, carers, relatives, and therapists to ensure a consistent focus on patient outcomes.
* Rotate through shifts as required, supporting the team to deliver safe and effective care.
Qualifications and requirements
* First level registered nurses (Mental Health or Physical Health).
* Interest in inpatient and community care delivery (Mental Health) or recovery rehabilitation, palliative care, or Older Adults (Physical Health).
* Flexible availability to work day and night shifts on an internal rotation basis.
* Committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate care and to professional development within the role.
