Job DescriptionBank Pharmacist - The Yorkshire Clinic Bank HoursThe RoleWe are looking for a Pharmacist to join our team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes, where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. You will be responsible for the delivery of the highest standards of care & services.Enthusiasm and flexibility are essential. As a key member of the department, you will organise the provisions of the pharmacy services including ordering, stock control and preparation of drugs and medicines.
This will include providing advice to patients and clinical staff on pharmaceutical productsYou will ensure that Inpatient Prescription Record Charts are checked regularly to ensure treatment is appropriate, both clinical and financially, that the patient has sufficient supplies and carrying out medicines reconciliation as needed (daily requirement).Providing advice to patients/carers and clinical staff on pharmaceutical products.Ensuring that the agreed standards of patient care and confidentiality are maintained in accordance with Ramsay policies.Where youll be basedThe Yorkshire Clinic is one of West Yorkshire's leading private hospitals set in three acres of woodland in the grounds of Cottingley Hall near Bingley. The hospital opened in 1982 and currently has 57 bedrooms including one twin-bedded room all with en-suite facilities. By investing in advanced medical technology, the hospital offers a wide range of treatments and services.
The four fully equipped theatres, all with ultra clean air technology, are particularly suitable for orthopaedic procedures, such as arthroscopy, hip and knee replacement. Treatments at the clinic include knee cartilage surgery, knee arthroscopy, knee ligament surgery, cataract surgery and shoulder muscle repair.
