Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic English and Sciences Tutor to provide personalised academic support to students across various age groups. Responsibilities
* Deliver customised tutoring sessions in designated subjects, adapting teaching methods to meet individual student needs
* Support students with homework, exam preparation, and understanding complex concepts
* Develop engaging lesson plans and educational resources to facilitate effective learning
* Monitor and track student progress, providing constructive feedback to students and parents where appropriate
* Foster a supportive and encouraging environment that promotes confidence and motivation in learners
* Communicate clearly with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure consistent progress and address any concerns promptly
* Maintain organised records of tutoring sessions, attendance, and student achievements
Experience
* Prior experience in tutoring or teaching is desirable but not essential.
* Experience working with children or young learners is advantageous
* Knowledge of special education needs (SEN) is a plus but not mandatory
* Strong communication skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly and patiently
* A genuine interest in education and helping students succeed
* Ability to adapt teaching styles to suit diverse learning requirements
