Area Sales Manager
Location: Newport, Cardiff & Bridgend
Cellar Drinks is one of Wales’ leading independent drinks wholesalers, supplying pubs, clubs, bars, and restaurants across the country.
We’re a growing, ambitious Welsh business and we’re looking for an Area Sales Managerwho shares that ambition and wants to make a real impact.
Industry experience is preferred but not essential. What is essential is proven account management experienceand a strong track record of winning new business.
The Role
As Area Sales Manager, you’ll be the face of Cellar Drinks across Newport & Cardiff City Centres, the Vale of Glamorgan, and through to Bridgend. Customer service is central to everything we do, and you’ll be responsible for building best‑in‑class relationships with both existing customers and new prospects.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop a range of on‑trade accounts with full commercial accountability
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with key stakeholders across the hospitality sector
* Act as the link between customers and internal teams to ensure outstanding service delivery
* Monitor and analyse account performance to identify growth opportunities
* Proactively hunt and win new business, maintaining a strong and consistent sales pipeline

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
