Requirements Gathering and Prioritisation:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements.
Collaboration and Communication:
Act as the bridge between business units, development teams, and stakeholders to ensure alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
Product Development and Delivery:
Oversee end-to-end delivery of product features, ensuring timely execution, quality, and alignment with user needs and technical feasibility.
User Experience and Customer Feedback:
Champion the voice of the user by gathering feedback, analysing behaviour, and using insights to inform improvements and enhance the guest journey.
Drive Innovation:
Stay ahead of industry trends to keep the Cruise Operating System competitive and aligned with market and customer expectations.
If you are passionate about delivering impactful digital solutions in a fast-paced environment and have proven experience as a Product Owner in the travel or cruise industry, we would love to hear from you. Requirements include proven experience in product management, especially within software development and cruise operations, expertise in Agile and Scrum, strong leadership skills, and in-depth knowledge of cruise operations and booking systems.
