About the Role As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff and the wider SEN team to support students within the classroom and in small group or one-to-one settings. You will play a key role in helping learners stay engaged, build confidence, and achieve their potential. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 2:40pm, term time only. The role is initially offered on a temporary-to-permanent basis, with a permanent contract available following a successful probation period.
