This role offers a salary of £26,350 per annum, with a discretionary bonus scheme where you could earn an additional £1,400 per year, starting from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and live chat
* Manage inbound and outbound calls, providing order updates and support
* Process customer orders and perform fraud checks
* Liaise with third-party providers for order fulfilment
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints effectively
* React promptly to delivery issues and claims
* Work towards delivery deadlines, ensuring timely dispatch
* Collaborate with warehouse and manage multiple online platforms (Amazon, eBay, PayPal, Klarna)
Candidate Requirements:
* Minimum 12 months experience in a customer service office environment
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Ability to work under pressure and multitask
* Team player with attention to detail
* Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Experience with Zendesk and online selling platforms is a plus
* Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude
Additional Details:
* Employment type: Full-time, Entry level
* Hours: 37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday (flexible shifts), weekends on a rotating basis
