Key Responsibilities
* Provide technical advice during tenders and offer high-level technical support during mobilisation, operations, and demobilisation.
* Support project managers with client meeting preparation and technical dispute resolution.
* Respond to daily technical operational queries from the field.
* Maintain focus on quality, health, safety, and environment in all activities.
* Review technical specifications during tender and operational activity.
* Support the commercial team with technical support for tenders when required.
* Assist the asset manager in selecting suitable survey equipment.
* Support the P/L team in selecting the correct personnel for specific requirements.
* Provide expert advice and clarify project specifications and scopes of work.
* Act as the technical authority and support the PM during technical disputes with clients or equipment suppliers.
* Review DPR/Minutes from meetings, offering insight into technical issues or queries.
* Review technical spreadsheets.
* Attend regular technical meetings to offer input and support.
* Support tendering activities where necessary.
Candidate Profile
* Solid project surveyor experience with a strong technical background and good commercial acumen.
* Ability to communicate views clearly and assertively.
* Experience in an offshore role is beneficial.
* Degree or relevant experience in a survey-based discipline.
* Experience working closely with tender teams and project managers/operational teams.
* Experience with blue‑chip, high‑profile clients.
* Experience working in a multinational organisation.
