Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 + bonus + gym membership
Hours: Monday–Friday, (Work from home Fridays)

Their Hemel Hempstead office is modern, vibrant and full of energy. The team are passionate, supportive
and genuinely great to work with. As the business continues to grow, they're looking for an organised,
proactive Sales Administrator to help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
The Role
This is a fast-paced, varied position where no two days are the same. You'll be the engine behind the
sales team — processing orders, supporting key retail accounts, coordinating logistics and ensuring
customers receive an excellent service at every stage. Your responsibilities will include:
•Processing B2B and B2C orders across global platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Macy's, Target
and Costco (full training provided)
•Raising invoices and credit notes and uploading to customer portals
•Liaising with UK and US logistics partners to ensure smooth and timely dispatch
•Supporting key retail accounts
•Preparing commercial invoices, packing lists and export documentation
•Handling customer queries via email and phone
•Coordinating courier collections and sample orders
•Supporting sales meetings, exhibitions and demo stock management
•Keeping product and logistics documentation accurate and up to date

What We're Looking For
•Stable experience gained within the UK in an Administrative or Sales Support role
•Highly organised with strong multitasking skills
•Good working knowledge of Excel
•A positive team player who is happy to get involved in events and support a fast-paced team
