We're looking for a commercially driven Key Account Manager to lead business development across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics, tapping into your network and expanding our footprint within the sports retail sector.
📍 Location: London (UK-based, extensive travel required)

Your Role
* Drive new business development in sports retail across UK/Nordics—identify opportunities and open doors using your existing network.
* Manage and expand key relationships with retailers like JD Sports, Frasers Group, Sportshoes, M&M Direct, and STAG Buying Group.
* Support strategic sales plans and hit/exceed targets in collaboration with the Senior Key Account Manager.
* Deliver product training and brand education to retail partners to boost sell-through.
* Act as a key contact for global sports partnerships, sponsorships, and event activation
* Collaborate with global brand teams, bringing market insight and feeding back on product positioning.
What We're Looking For
* A proven background in sales or key account management within Sporting Goods, Apparel, or Eyewear/Sunglasses is essential
* Strong business development instincts with a solid network in the UK/Nordic sports retail landscape.
* Experience with promotional planning and sales forecasting.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills.
* Comfortable presenting and representing premium brands with authenticity and authority.
* Full UK driving license and ability to travel frequently across territories.
