Hemingways is a specialist e-commerce, sales and distribution company representing a wide range of major UK and International brands, promoting, and selling their products to consumer and corporate markets. Role and responsibilities- You will be working in our confectionery warehouse responsible for packing chocolate gifts for our consumer and corporate clients. This will involve- Assembling gift packages, applying high standards of quality, presentation and attention to detail. Ability to work at a fast pace without sacrificing quality and presentation standards. Proactively communicate with colleagues and line leaders about issues- e.g., stock items running low. Use of scanning and labelling systems. Ensure hygiene and housekeeping standards are met and exceeded. Responsible for your health and safety. Plus watching out for the safety of others. Responsible for your own PPE and washing of it. Job details- Full-time hours are desirable. Our operating hours are 09.00-17.00 Monday to Friday until October after which they become 08.00-18.00 Weekend overtime will commence from November 2025 on Sundays 09.00-17.00 Weekend overtime is paid at time and a half.
