B2B Field Sales Executive – Card Payment Solutions (Merseyside)
Looking for a high-earning sales role with uncapped commission and real progression? I’m recruiting for a fast-growing UK payments provider that helps local businesses across Merseyside save money on their card terminals and merchant services.
The role
* Sell card terminals and merchant services to SME businesses across Merseyside (face-to-face B2B field sales).
* Identify and approach new business customers, book and attend your own meetings, and close deals.
* Work with a supportive back-office team who handle onboarding and aftercare so you can focus on selling.
* Full product training provided - you do not need prior payments experience, just solid B2B sales skills.
What we’re looking for
* Proven B2B sales experience (any sector) – field sales, door-to-door, telesales, or similar.
* Genuine hunter mentality: comfortable prospecting, canvassing local areas, and generating your own leads.
* Money-motivated, competitive, and resilient – you want to out-earn your peers and are happy to be measured on performance.
* A full UK driving licence and access to a car is highly desirable (field-based role).
Salary, commission and benefits
* Uncapped commission with a clear, tiered structure based on the number of terminals you sell each month (realistic OTE £55,000+ in year one; top performers can earn significantly more).

Location and working pattern
* Territory: Merseyside and surrounding areas.
* Field-based role with a mix of self-generated meetings and company-supplied leads.
* Monday–Friday, typical business hours, with flexibility to see customers when it suits them.
