What You'll Be Doing As a Lecturer in Instrumentation and Control, you will: Deliver and manage high-quality, inclusive teaching, learning, and assessment in Instrumentation and Control Systems within the Engineering sector. Provide both practical and theoretical instruction in specialist areas relating to instrumentation and control systems. Support students in both their academic and personal development, helping them achieve their full potential. Develop engaging lesson plans that connect classroom learning with real-world engineering applications. Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the learner experience and support a diverse range of student needs. Contribute to student recruitment, retention, achievement, and progression through effective guidance and support. What We're Looking For We are seeking candidates who: Are a qualified Teacher or are willing to work towards achieving a teaching qualification. Hold a minimum Level 5 qualification in Instrumentation Engineering. Have GCSEs at Grade C / Level 4 or above in English and Maths, or equivalent qualifications.
