Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
* Alternate Saturdays: 9:00am – 3:00pm
About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is available for a motivated and design-focused Bathroom & Kitchen Sales Designer to join a reputable, family-run business in Bognor Regis. This role blends creativity with commercial responsibility and offers the chance to work in a customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate will help both retail and trade customers bring their visions to life, guiding them through the full customer journey—from initial design consultations to final sales conversion and aftercare.
Key Responsibilities:
* Customer Engagement: Provide expert advice and assistance to both retail and trade clients, both in the showroom and on-site
* Design Creation: Create bespoke CAD Bathroom & Kitchen designs, unique to the customers needs.
* Sales Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to order placement, follow-up and after sales.
* Showroom Maintenance: Maintain the showroom's high standards, ensuring displays are up-to-date and reflective of current product ranges.
* Sales Targets: Consistently meet sales targets while maintaining excellent customer service.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the design, stock, and fitting teams to ensure smooth operations and timely installations.
* Customer Satisfaction: Ensure client satisfaction by overseeing the fulfilment of orders and addressing any issues promptly.

Candidate Requirements:
* Experience in bathroom and kitchen design, or a similar consultative sales role.
* Competence in CAD software (training will be provided if necessary).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
* Strong commercial awareness and a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
* Professional, well presented, friendly, organised and able to perform under pressure.
