What’s the job?
1. You'll be responsible for gathering requirements and conducting workshops with key business stakeholders.
2. You'll translate business needs into Salesforce solutions and perform necessary data mapping, collaborating with technical teams and business units as needed.
3. You'll customize, configure, and manipulate Salesforce functionalities to meet business requirements.
4. You'll be involved in UAT, feature/sprint reviews, and support the adoption of new solutions.
5. You'll maintain the security, integrity, and overall health of the Salesforce platform.
6. You'll uphold and recommend Salesforce best practices.
7. You'll provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure follow-through until resolution.
8. You'll proactively recommend new features, improvements, and upgrades to optimize our implementation.
9. You'll use customer insights to guide business initiatives.
10. You'll ensure best practice customer initiatives are adopted and effectively applied.
11. You'll deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders, in line with company guidelines, regulatory obligations, and SLAs.
12. You'll handle all confidential information in accordance with company and partner protocols and procedures.
13. You'll maintain high standards of customer relationship management.
14. You'll ensure all contact and interactions are of the highest standards, communicating clearly and appropriately with all stakeholders.
15. You'll collaborate with and provide regular reporting and updates to key stakeholders across the Cover-More Group.
16. You'll ensure all communication aligns with the delivery of our Brand Promise to stakeholders.
What are we looking for?
17. You'll bring proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Functional Consultant, or Business Analyst.
18. You'll ideally hold Salesforce Certifications, which are highly regarded.
19. You'll have applied experience, particularly with Service Cloud implementations and integrations.
20. You'll possess strong knowledge of Salesforce best practices, configuration, data modelling, UI design, and process design.
21. Proven ability to work in a complex Salesforce environment, utilizing problem solving skills to determine best fit solutions
