Your Role
As a Retail Shift Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards every day. Your responsibilities will include:
* Motivating and supporting your team while embodying our Leadership and Company Principles.
* Swiftly solving problems and delegating tasks to ensure smooth operations.
* Creating an environment where your colleagues can thrive alongside you.
* Managing store operations in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
* Overseeing freshness, cash processes, inventory, and stock management.
* Delivering an exceptional customer experience every time they visit your store.
