We are working with a renowned 5-star hotel in Hampshire that is recruiting a Conference & Banqueting Manager to lead a range of events, from small, intimate gatherings to exclusive use weddings for up to 250 guests. The venue is celebrated for its elegance, attention to detail and flawless service.
In this role, you will take responsibility for the full delivery of banqueting and events, ensuring every detail meets the hotels high standards while leading and coordinating a dedicated events team.

Responsibilities as the Conference & Banqueting Manager
Managing all aspects of banqueting and events from planning through to delivery
Leading the events team to provide seamless service and memorable occasions
Overseeing budgets, cost control and supplier relations for events
Coordinating with kitchen, front of house and housekeeping to maintain standards
Ensuring every event, from corporate meetings to full-scale weddings, is executed to the highest level
Acting as the main contact for clients and resolving issues professionally
The ideal Conference & Banqueting Manager will
Have proven experience managing banqueting, events or weddings in a luxury hotel or similar venue
Be highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple events at once
Demonstrate strong leadership and people management skills
Communicate clearly and remain calm under pressure
