Powder Coater Baldock £14.50ph - £15.50ph Monday to Friday, 8am - 4.30pm Overtime available About the Role We are recruiting for an experienced Powder Coater to join a well-established metalworks company based in Baldock. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous powder coating or industrial paint spraying experience looking for a stable, long-term role with regular hours and overtime available. This position could also suit candidates who have worked as a Paint Sprayer, Industrial Painter, Wet Paint Sprayer, Production Operative, Metal Finisher, Surface Finisher, Workshop Operative, Fabrication Operative or someone from a manufacturing or engineering background with transferable finishing experience. What You’ll Do Prepare metal products for powder coating Apply powder coatings to a high standard Operate powder coating equipment safely and efficiently Inspect finished products for quality and consistency Support general workshop and production duties when required Maintain a clean and organised work area Follow health and safety procedures at all times What We’re Looking For Previous powder coating experience is essential Good attention to detail and quality standards Experience within manufacturing, metalworks, fabrication or engineering environments would be beneficial Reliable and hardworking approach Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good understanding of workshop health and safety Who Might Suit This Role This role may suit someone currently working as a Powder Coater, Paint Sprayer, Industrial Painter, Production Operative, Finishing Operative, Metal Finisher or Workshop Technician looking for a new opportunity with steady hours and overtime potential.
