In this dynamic role, you’ll take the lead in building strong relationships, driving service excellence, and supporting the growth of our healthcare solutions. As the go-to contact for a portfolio of clients, you’ll manage everything from onboarding and training to resolving issues and identifying new opportunities. Key responsibilities: Be the main contact for a group of Medica clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction. Handle client queries, issues, and service reviews, and lead improvement plans. Support new client setups and changes, including project management and training. Work with internal teams to share client feedback and improve services. Identify and support opportunities to grow existing services and introduce new ones. Create useful guides and training materials for clients and colleagues. Share knowledge and best practices with your team to support ongoing learning. Requirements: Experience managing operational workstreams, of a client facing management role or managing client implementations / change with a client focused approach. Ability to influence change to achieve project goals. Ability to be both strategic and tactical when making decisions. Ability to build consensus and relationships among peers and the wider team.
