Head of Sales – South
Location: Hybrid – London / Camberley / Brighton
Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 + Bonus + Car Allowance + Benefits
Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Sales to join a growing Managed Services and IT Services provider and lead the South region sales function.
This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for driving new business growth, developing strategic customer relationships and managing a team of Account Managers and Business Development professionals. The role focuses on helping SMB and mid‑market organisations adopt Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace, Cloud, Infrastructure and Managed Service solutions.
Working closely with Presales, Technical and Delivery teams, you will play a key role in shaping regional sales strategy, mentoring the sales team and delivering sustainable revenue growth across London and the South.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop the South region sales team
- Drive new business acquisition and account growth across existing and prospective customers
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and strategic partners
- Support major customer opportunities and strategic sales engagements
- Work closely with Presales and Technical teams to deliver solution‑led sales
- Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with business objectives
- Manage pipeline reviews, forecasting and overall sales performance
- Promote a consultative sales approach focused on customer outcomes and business value
Skills & Experience
- Proven sales leadership experience within an MSP, Managed Services or IT Services environment
- Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Modern Workplace and Cloud solutions
- Track record of delivering revenue growth and leading successful sales teams
- Experience selling managed services, cloud solutions, digital workplace or IT transformation servicesn>
- Strong commercial, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership capabilities
- Full UK driving licence
Location & Travel
Candidates must be based within a reasonable commuting distance of London, Camberley or Brighton and be willing to travel regularly between all three locations, as well as customer sites across the South region.
