THE CANDIDATE
* Self‑motivated Lead Designer, with drive and determination.
* Fully proficient using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop / Illustrator).
* Strong client relationship skills.
* Proactive, self‑motivated person who thrives in fast paced environments.
* Excellent time management to independently prioritise and meet deadlines.
* Experience with Print, POS, Merchandising, Shelf‑displays and Branding.
* Business Development skills highly desirable as you will own the growth of the revenue for the Studio / Artwork.
THE ROLE
* Own the growth of the business and lead the studio and staff management.
* Experience developing existing business and driving new opportunities.
* Strong communication skills; lead client meetings and relationships.
* Ability to take and understand a client brief, then manage the project through to fulfilment with the assistance of Artworkers.
* Hands‑on role; pro‑active attitude required.
* Meet client deadlines in a professional manner.
