Our facility specializes in providing care and assistance to adults aged 18 to 65 who are living with acquired brain injuries, neurological disorders, or physical disabilities. This role presents a remarkable opportunity to aid individuals in their rehabilitation journey, empowering them to achieve greater independence in their daily lives. Experiences & Skills: * Proven experience in supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries and rehabilitation needs. * Skilled in delivering person-centred care tailored to individual requirements. - Proficient in utilizing communication aids to enhance client interaction. * Strong commitment to providing exceptional care to clients. * Willingness to pursue training for a Level 3 Diploma in Adult Health & Social Care, fully funded by Nugent. * Demonstrates a positive attitude in all aspects of care. * Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. * Excellent problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively. * Effective communication skills to foster relationships with clients and their families. * Dedication to continuous professional development and improvement in care practices.
