Working in a multi faceted role within the global front office team focusing on the dealing and client portfolio management side of the business. This is a unique opportunity for someone to make their mark in a fast growing and high performing business.
What you’ll do
Owner of Dealing Efficiency; responsible for front-to-back problem mapping and owning the delivery of improvements related to dealing processes, routines, and policies.
1. Processes (with operations teams etc)
2. Optimise Routines (ensure routines such as pipeline reviews are scheduled and taking place, as well as actions logged and followed up)
3. Policies & SOPs are up to date
4. KPI tracking (resolve issues & evolve)
Raising the bar on overwatch performance. ‘Overwatch’ is a KPI measuring client churn and the success of our upsell efforts.
5. In depth analysis and feedback to Heads of Dealing, Country Managers and Dealers. Highlight where we are performing well and/or badly.
6. Own and organise local training programs on the various clusters to help capability to upsell; collection accounts, API integration, Playbook hedging programs etc..
7. Act as an overwatch champion, providing consistent performance updates to dealers
Commercial AI adoption and transformation to help manage a large global dealing team at scale
8. Training routines
9. Analysis from client calls to show where we are/aren’t cross selling products
10. Account planning
11. Pipeline reviews
Head of Dealing performance
12. Tracking and showing performance vs metrics
13. Supporting problematic areas
Documentation maintenance
14. Dealing manual
15. Commission SOP + any short term incentives
What you’ll need
16. 3+ yrs professional experience within financial services
17. Experience in a front office role is preferred, or a background working closely with these teams in a sales operations position
18. A track record of strong academic or professional achievement
19. Self starting & proactive
20. Very strong analytical skills
