About the Role
We are seeking a Partner or Director level Employment lawyer to join our friendly and dynamic team based in Nottingham. You will have a strong referral network and the ambition and skills to help lead and grow the team. The role is ideal for someone who is looking to engage in business development and shape the future strategy of the team.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the employment practice and drive business development.
* Engage with existing and prospective clients to expand the team’s market share.
* Shape strategy and contribute to the growth of the employment, pensions and immigration practice.
Qualifications
* Partner or Director level experience in employment law.
* Established network of clients and referral partners.
* Strong leadership, communication and collaboration skills.
