What you’ll be doing:

* Designing retrofit projects using ECMK, Elmhurst or similar software.
* Finding smart, data-led ways to improve energy efficiency in domestic properties.
* Guiding and supporting Retrofit Assessors, Coordinators, and project teams.
* Making sure every project meets regulations, standards, and client expectations.
* You’ll take a lead role in the team, managing and mentoring a small internal technical team


What you bring:

* Experience in retrofit modelling (PAS2035:2023 & RDSAP10 expertise is a big plus).
* Ideally a Building Surveyor, MRICS, or MCIOB qualification – but not essential.
* A collaborative leadership style with sharp problem-solving skills.
