We are seeking a skilled and experienced Plumber to join our Communal Repairs Team, working across a range of housing and property stock. The successful candidate will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing high-quality repairs and maintenance services. Key Responsibilities
Deliver skilled plumbing services as part of a multi-trade team across occupied and unoccupied properties.
Carry out a wide range of repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, carpentry, glazing, plastering, tiling, and painting.
Diagnose defects, recommend solutions, and ensure timely and effective completion of repair works.
Provide excellent customer service, working with residents and stakeholders in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, risk assessments, and method statements.
Use mobile technology to receive, update, and complete job orders.
Maintain and monitor tools, vehicle, and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency.
Mentor apprentices and less experienced colleagues when required.About You

Reporting to: Service Manager
Vehicle Use: A company van and fuel card will be provided. You are responsible for the safe use and security of the vehicle and all tools/materials.
Location: Various sites (occupied homes, void properties, offices).
Training: Must be willing to attend statutory and CPD training courses.
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM (standard 36-hour week).
Out of Hours: You may be required to join an emergency call-out rota.
PPE: Full use of Personal Protective Equipment is mandatory.Essential Requirements
Relevant plumbing qualification(s) and multi-trade experience.
Full UK driving licence (for use of company vehicle).
Commitment to health & safety and continuous professional development.
