We are looking for a Room Leader to work 40 hours a week 4 days 7:15am - 6:15pm.
Our beautiful nursery is fully air conditioned and equipped with a fantastic range of equipment. This is a fabulous opportunity to work in a caring, professional, and family- centred nursey.
We are looking for Room Leaders who are very focussed on getting the best out of the staff team through motivation and appreciation. We are very focussed on the welfare of our teams and know that happy staff=happy children.
Our ethos is the ‘children are at the heart of every decision that we make’ and this is followed through at every level of the company.
We use 'In the Moment Planning', so no written plans to write. We also don’t do written observations and try and keep all paperwork to a minimum
