Salary: £22,000 to £26,000 + Uncapped Commission

Qualiteach Education Group is looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our energetic team, working alongside our Regional Director to grow and develop a thriving office.
Your Role:
* Work closely with the Regional Director to support a high-performing team.
* Identify, engage, and place top-tier candidates in teaching and support roles.
* Build lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
* Proactively develop new business opportunities with schools.
* Handle the full recruitment cycle from initial contact to successful placement.
