Role Overview
The Associate Delivery Manager plays a key role in the successful delivery of multiple concurrent digital and transformation projects across MSQ DX's UK client portfolio.
This role supports planning, governance, commercial tracking, and operational execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The Associate Delivery Manager works closely with Strategy, Creative, Data, Technology, and Client Services teams to drive effective, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Project & Programme Delivery
* Support end-to-end delivery of multiple concurrent projects
* Maintain project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and resource forecasts
* Track progress against scope, timelines, and commercial targets
* Facilitate sprint ceremonies where applicable (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives)
* Support governance processes and reporting for internal and client stakeholders
Commercial & Financial Management
* Track project burn rates and revenue forecasts
* Support budget management and change control processes
* Assist in scoping, estimating, and planning new work
* Ensure accurate time tracking and financial reporting
Stakeholder & Client Support
* Prepare client-ready status reports and presentations
* Support client meetings and working sessions
* Escalate risks and issues proactively with mitigation plans
* Build trusted working relationships with internal teams and client stakeholders
Resource & Team Coordination
* Coordinate cross-functional teams
* Support capacity planning and resource allocation
* Ensure clear task ownership and delivery accountability
* Promote collaborative and transparent ways of working
Process & Continuous Improvement
* Contribute to improving delivery frameworks and best practices
* Champion agile and hybrid methodologies where appropriate
* Support internal operational initiatives across MSQ DX
Essential
Skills & Experience
* 2-4 years' experience in project coordination, delivery, or account/project management within a digital agency or consultancy
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Commercial awareness and budget tracking experience
* Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in project management tools (e.g. Jira,, Asana, Smartsheet, or similar)
* Confident working in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Desirable
* Exposure to digital transformation, CX, CRM, martech, or data-led projects
* Experience working within a consultancy model
* Prince2, AgilePM, Scrum, or similar certification
* Experience contributing to proposals or new business scoping
