Data Analyst (AD3 Data / Financial Services) Location: Redhill, Surrey Working Model: Hybrid (1 day per week on-site Wednesdays) £500-£550pd Outside IR35 SC Clearance is essential Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join a Financial Services client within an AD3 Data environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing complex data sets, producing insightful reports, and supporting data-driven decision-making across the business. Key Responsibilities Analyse large and complex datasets to identify trends, insights, and opportunities Develop, maintain, and optimise data models and pipelines using Databricks Design and deliver high-quality dashboards and reports using Power BI Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand data requirements Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of data outputs Support ongoing data initiatives within a Financial Services environment Required Skills & Experience Proven experience in a Data Analyst role Strong hands-on experience with Databricks Advanced Power BI reporting and dashboard development skills Experience working within Financial Services or a regulated environment Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Additional Information Hybrid working arrangement with 1 day per week on-site in Redhill (Wednesdays)
