Your new role This is an exciting role that is only available due to a colleague leaving to go travelling, you will be trained on all aspects of customer service and administration to ensure the smooth running of our depot. Customer satisfaction is our priority, you will learn all elements, from driver debrief to customer queries and potentially customs entry and exit paperwork, liaising with our other depots to ensure the highest standards are met and then exceeded. We are looking for a bright person with an inquisitive nature, a positive attitude and a thirst for learning new skills. What skills do you require? Eagerness to learn new skills, a can-do attitude. Excellent communication skills both verbally & written Organisational skills are paramount, adhering to deadlines, prioritising workloads PC skills, knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Ability to problem solve whilst remaining calm Working pattern: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:00 Based at Heathcote Depot, Warwick.
