Personal Assistant
to provide dedicated 1:1 support to a
High Net Worth Individual (HNWI)
. This is a pivotal role based at the client's private residence in
Belgravia
, with hybrid flexibility during travel periods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Proactively manage a dynamic personal and professional calendar
* Coordinate travel arrangements, including private and international travel
* Oversee daily household operations and manage domestic staff (chef, housekeepers, etc.)
* Assist with planning and coordinating private events and social engagements
* Ensure seamless day-to-day support with discretion and attention to detail
Requirements:
* Minimum
10 years' experience
as a Private or Personal Assistant within a private household or family office setting
* Proven ability to multitask, prioritise effectively, and remain composed under pressure
* Experience managing and liaising with household staff and third-party vendors
* Impeccable organisational and communication skills
