Job Title: Registered Manager – Children’s Residential Care
Location: Stockton-on-Tees
Salary: Up to £50,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Bonus: £5,000 bonus
Contract: Full Time
Join our established client as a Registered Manager and oversee a children’s home in Stockton-on-Tees as part of their specialist services.
What You’ll Do
* Lead and Manage: Oversee the daily operations of a children’s home, ensuring it is rated at least “Good” by Ofsted.
* Develop Comprehensive Care Plans: Tailor each young person’s plan to address care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Work with parents, carers, and professionals to promote the welfare of young people.
* Effective Commercial Management: Manage your home in line with budget expectations.

Essential Requirements
* Experience: At least 2 years in residential care for children, with 1 year in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
* Qualifications: Level 3 in Children’s Residential Care (essential); Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare preferred (or willingness to enrol within 6 months).
* Knowledge: Understanding of Quality Standards, SCCIF, childcare legislation, and regulatory requirements.
* Driving License: Full UK required
