Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and recipes provided
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation and timely meal preparation
- Assist in menu planning and recipe development
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, as necessary
Experience:
- Proven experience working as a Chef or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices
- Familiarity with restaurant kitchen operations and equipment
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and culinary skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
