Job Description: As a Digital Capability Planning Lead, you will play a key role in supporting digital and infrastructure capability assessments across the domains of business and engineering, as well as supporting the development and maintenance of capability roadmaps aligned with business goals. You will have the opportunity to grow your technical expertise by embracing new ideas, challenging outdated practices, and driving modern, innovative ways of working across the organisation. Core duties: Translating business strategies into capability requirements, ensuring alignment with cloud modernisation and cybersecurity initiatives Advising portfolio planning efforts by identifying priority capability investments Supporting risk assessments and compliance initiatives by mapping capabilities to business requirements Facilitating workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather & validate capability needs and maturity levels Tracking industry trends translating them into actionable insights for capability evolution Essential Skills: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field Business Relationship Management experience - enterprise planning or transformation, including experience of working with cloud and cyber teams Experience with digital capability modelling and digital transformation planning in relation to business and engineering systems Good stakeholder management skills and experience The IM&T Service Delivery Team: FalconWorks® is the agile innovation powerhouse for the air sector—a world‑leading hub for future technology development.
