Responsibilities
•
Regularly log into tender portals to check for updates, clarifications, and new opportunities.
• Download and organise client-issued tender documents, ensuring they are stored correctly and shared with the team.
• Assist in tracking and responding to tender clarifications under the direction of Estimators or Managers.
• Support the upload of final tender submissions, ensuring all documents are complete, correctly formatted, and submitted on time.
• Liaise with Estimators to confirm all required documents are ready and accurate before submission.
• Help compile supporting documentation
• Assist in completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and Selection Questionnaires (SQs) using standard company templates.
• Help maintain internal compliance records and document control systems.
• Maintain accreditation and certifications
• Ensure tender submissions meet internal quality and branding standards
Qualifications
•
Scottish Highers or HNC in English, Business Administration, Construction, or a related field.
• Microsoft Office Proficient (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint)
•
Previous experience in an administrative, tender writing or document control role.
• Familiarity with tender portals or procurement systems.
• Interest in construction, engineering, or project delivery environments
