The Site Supervisor in the Facade Industry and Steel Frame Systems (SFS) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the facade and SFS installation process on construction sites. This includes managing and coordinating daily operations, ensuring safety standards are met, supervising personnel, and ensuring that the work is completed according to the project’s specifications, quality standards, and within the agreed-upon timeframes. The Site Supervisor will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure efficient and effective project delivery. Key Skills & Qualifications: * Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in site supervision within the facade or SFS industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing site operations. * Knowledge: Strong knowledge of facade systems (cladding, render, etc.), SFS, building construction, and site operations. * Qualifications: Relevant construction site supervisory qualifications (e.g., SMSTS, SSSTS) and health & safety certifications (e.g., First Aid, CSCS card). * Skills: Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Attention to Detail: Ability to identify and address issues promptly, ensuring work quality and project timelines are maintained. * Physical Requirements: Ability to work in various weather conditions and navigate construction site environments.
