Senior Planning Control Officer – Annual Salary £37,280 – £39,152 per annum. 37 hours per week. Essential User Car Allowance. Located in North Warwickshire.

Responsibilities
* Work in a very busy team dealing mainly with complex and major planning applications and representing the Council in planning appeals.
* Apply thorough and active knowledge of the full range of planning practice, policy and procedure.
Qualifications
* Strong communication and organisational skills.
* Full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
