About the role:
We are looking for a detail-focused Pharmacy Central Fill Assistant to join our team in a fast-paced, automated environment. You'll play a key role in supporting the accurate assembly and dispatch of prescription orders, working under the guidance of pharmacy-trained colleagues and in line with standard operating procedures and GPhC standards.
You’ll work confidently with pharmacy operating systems, ensuring accurate data entry and consistent adherence to established procedures with minimal supervision. Attention to detail is key as you process, sort, and package prescriptions to ensure they are delivered to branches accurately and on time. In addition, you'll support stock management by organising incoming deliveries, handling returns, and helping to maintain a clean, safe, and well-ordered workspace.
This role involves working collaboratively to meet daily operational targets, responding professionally to branch queries, and escalating issues as needed. You'll report any safety concerns promptly and uphold high standards of personal conduct and hygiene.
If you're motivated, organised, and thrive in a process-driven environment, we’d love to hear from you. Join us in delivering high-quality pharmacy services that truly make a difference.
