As they continue to expand across both retail and digital channels, they’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join their commercial team and play a key role in retaining, growing and developing key brand and retail partnerships.

The Role
As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
1. Managing a portfolio of existing client accounts (brands and retailers).
2. Building strong, long-term relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive account growth and maximise revenue.
4. Leading client meetings, QBRs, and campaign reviews to demonstrate ROI and value.
5. Working closely with internal teams (operations, analytics, marketing) to ensure smooth campaign delivery.
