ERP Senior Project Manager
Manufacturing ERP Implementation | Growing UK ERP Consultancy | Fully Remote with Occasional UK Travel | £75,000 to £90,000 plus bonus
Our client is a growing UK ERP consultancy delivering implementations into manufacturing businesses, with a strong focus on FMCG, food and beverage and high volume consumer manufacturing. They are hiring a hands on Senior ERP Project Manager to take ownership of multiple live implementations and run them end to end at pace. This is real delivery, not slow multi year programme work. If you are a bright, commercially aware project manager who likes getting stuck in, owning the client relationship and seeing builds through to go live, this will suit you.
What you will do
Own multiple concurrent ERP implementations from initiation through go live and handover
Lead day to day delivery and manage budget, scope, risk and change control
Run the client relationship, advising and constructively challenging where needed
Keep projects properly resourced and reporting cleanly into Steering Committee
What we need
At least 5 years as an ERP project manager
Four to five end to end manufacturing ERP implementations you have personally owned from cradle to grave
Genuine manufacturing delivery, ideally discrete, batch, food and beverage or FMCG
A fast project cadence, typically 9 to 18 months, rather than multi year programmes
Comfortable running concurrent work, up to two larger builds or one large project alongside smaller advisory pieces
Partner or consultancy side preferred. Strong client side PMs who have delivered across multiple organisations are also welcome, as are contract and fixed term backgrounds
Platforms
IFS, Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Infor strongly preferred
SAP or Oracle considered if gained on fast paced manufacturing rather than long enterprise programmes
Methodology can be trained, the delivery experience cannot
Not the right fit
Programme or portfolio directors, PMO and governance leads, functional consultants and solution architects, finance led project leads, public sector backgrounds, and Sage or Business Central SMB platforms
What is on offer
Salary £75,000 to £90,000 depending on experience
Bonus up to 10 percent, 5 percent personal and 5 percent company
Pension up to 5 percent, 25 days holiday plus a buy and sell scheme, annual learning budget, EV salary sacrifice, fully remote with occasional UK travel
