Residential Childcare Night Worker role at Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, in the Fife region. Location: Falkland, Fife. Hours: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week, four-week rotation with four shifts per week, Mon – Sun 21:30 – 07:30). Salary: Up to £26,150.19 per annum (depending on experience).

Responsibilities/Role Context
Provide overnight residential care to occupants with autism and complex needs in a school setting. Support-day-to-day activities, implement individualised plans, and contribute to a person-centred approach to education and support. The site is based in Fife, Scotland and is part of Options Autism.

About Us
Options Autism, part of Outcomes First Group, recruit Residential Childcare Night Workers in the Fife area. Falkland House School offers day and residential placements to pupils with autism and complex needs (ages 8-18, 38/52 weeks). We are a national provider of specialist education, care and therapeutic services for individuals with autism, complex needs and learning difficulties, focusing on a person-centred approach.
