We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced SEN Tutor to support a reception-aged student with severe Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD). The role is based in UB3 (Hayes) and involves providing 1:1 tailored support in the home or local setting, helping the student engage with learning through highly individualized and structured activities. Key Responsibilities: Deliver bespoke, engaging sessions tailored to the student's EHCP and developmental level Use sensory-friendly and visual learning strategies to support communication and engagement Implement positive behaviour support techniques and manage dysregulation calmly and effectively Track progress and provide regular feedback to parents and professionals Collaborate with family members and external professionals to ensure a consistent approach Requirements: Proven experience working with young children with severe ASD and/or ADHD Background in SEN teaching, tutoring, or specialist support (EYFS experience preferred) Excellent communication and de-escalation skills Patience, empathy, and a creative, child-led approach to learning Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one) Right to work in the UK How to apply: Please send a copy of your CV to (url removed)
